Chesterfield Family Photography

Fall sessions are in full swing and it feels oh so good to be back photographing sweet families.  For some families, this is the 5th year (wow!) and for others, like this awesome crew, this is the first!  I’m so thankful for both.  I do not take this job lightly.  I know these are your memories and something you will cherish for years to come.  So, beyond the beautiful, smiling, looking at the camera shot that is great for your holiday card, I try to capture some of the connections you have as a family too.  Because those are the things you really want to remember.  How you knew just how to make your little girl smile or the tenderness your son shows you when you ask for a kiss.  All of the tiny, seemingly every day things are what define you as a family and I find them so beautiful.  Although I just met this family, their love seems quite special and I am so happy I had the opportunity to photograph them.
