Highland Illinois Newborn Photography : Newman Family

I’ve been excited for this little man to be born and to do his pictures since I found out his mama was pregnant with him and mentioned she’d be calling me!  I was also super nervous because Kate is a family photographer and I wanted to make sure that I gave her images that she loved.  Fast forward to the morning of the shoot and it was DARK.  I mean, when I woke up, I thought it was the middle of the night kind of dark.  And I’m a natural light photographer so that could have presented quite a problem.  But, they have such a beautiful home with big windows in the kid’s rooms we were able to create images I am so proud of!  This is actually one of my favorite sessions of the year.  Kate, thank you for having me over to photograph such an important time in your lives.  I loved meeting your sweet family!!  You are a beautiful mama.
