If you’ve been to my blog recently, I bet you remember these two! Remember, that classically, beautiful couple in Lafayette Square Park? Well, they were married just a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing getting to capture their day. I had never done a wedding in Highland before and didn’t really think that just 40 minutes outside of St. Louis, that the wedding would be that different. But somehow, it did have a special vibe of it’s own. I absolutely loved the small town feel, the close relationships everyone seemed to have and when it came to reception time, everyone could dance! I have never seen so many guys that know how to dance. Oh, and I cannot forget Ethel’s, which is a wedding day staple in Highland! Oh my, it was such a fun and extremely sweet day. Katie wanted to start the day off with some quiet time, so me and the bridesmaids met up with her at the church. I think this is a great idea and totally fit her personality. I believe you should do whatever is right for you on your wedding day, plain and simple. So, here it is, the beautiful wedding of Katie and Tyler!
